Spring Offer

Anyone who lists their property for sale with me will be eligible for a complimentary garden tidy-up and house clean.

 

That’s lawns, pruning, mulching, you name it (plus removal) and a thorough pre-sale clean. All organised and paid for by me. So take a load off, and set your house apart from the competition this Spring.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

  1. Property must be listed between 28th July 2021 and 8th September 2021

  2. Minimum fee applies

  3. Total value up to $1,000 for gardening and up to $500 for cleaning

  4. Should the property be withdrawn from sale by the owner, they will be liable for the cost of gardening and cleaning.
